Ingredients:
Dough
3 eggs
8 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of oil
Flour
Filling
400 g of white cheese
1 egg
Salt
1 teaspoon of flour
Melted butter
Instructions:
Beat eggs with oil. Slowly add the flour in sufficient quantity to form a not very stiff dough. Let it rest for an hour. Then stretch the dough until very thin and cut discs.
Mix cheese mix with the other ingredients thoroughly, making sure that there are no lumps. Fill the dough disks; close them by pressing the edges and joining the ends. Cook them in boiling salted water and serve them with melted butter.
