
10 Jun Cheese Cake
It is customary toe at cheese on Shavuot.
Ingredients:
Base
18 crushed sweet biscuits
¼ cup melted margarine
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Filling
1 cup of cream cheese
1 cup of white cheese
½ cup of heavy whipping cream
½ cup of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
Base:
Crush biscuits. In a bowl place the margarine and sugar, mix everything well. Add the crushed biscuits and make dough. Place dough on the bottom of a greased, floured baking sheet, carefully covering the bottom and edges. Cook in medium heat oven for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
Filling:
In a large bowl, mix cheese, cream, honey and vanilla essence. Pour the filling over the cooked and cooled dough and place in the freezer for 8 hours. Remove from freezer and take it to the refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
You can decorate with fresh sliced strawberries or any other red fruit.
